  • Q. What is your favorite dish?
  • A. Hands down, Cacio e pepe.

  • Q. What is your first memory of food?
  • A. Sitting under the table in the middle of the kitchen watching the flour drop like a heavenly snow fall.

  • Q. Who has influenced your cooking the most?
  • A. Anthony Bourdain. Not only did this man make me fall more in love with cooking but life in general. He opened me up to travel, cultures, and a sharp chefs knife.

  • Q. What kind of music is usually playing in your kitchen?
  • A. It varies on what cuisine I'm preparing that day. If I'm cooking Italian, I'll have something with heavy strings. If I'm cooking Cajun, Muddy freaking Waters.

  • Q. What's your greatest strength in the kitchen?
  • A. Creativity and Imagination. Everyone should hold on to that child-like wonder.

  • A. Vicenza, Italy is on the top of that list! I loved the warm hospitality the locals gave me. I felt like I've known them for many years.

  • A. Check this out, I'm double-jointed!

  • Q. Who is the most inspirational you know?
  • A. My older sister Leigh-Ann because she's kind,patient, and forgiving. She has all the qualities of a beautiful person.

  • A. Sweet, Outgoing, and unique! (New York)

  • Q. If you can eat one of these for the rest of your life which would it be and why: Pizza, Tacos, or Hamburgers?
  • A. YUM! Hamburgers! I find myself craving them weekly, and the smell of beef to me is a no-brainer aphrodisiac. Hehe!

  • Q. What would your last meal be?
  • A. My dad's pumpkin pie. I love eating dessert before the meal. Then throw a hamburger in there.
